What is Rightdue?
Subcontractors lose money on paperwork more often than on the work itself. A pay less notice nobody checked. A variation agreed on site but never priced. A delay that was real, but the notice went in late.
Rightdue goes through your project records (the contract, applications, notices, emails, the programme) and checks them against your contract and the Construction Act. You get a short report: what you’re probably owed, what proves it, and which dates matter.
The software does the reading and the date checking. Anything that needs a judgement call goes to a qualified UK claims consultant before you act on it.
Who it’s for
Mostly specialist and trade subcontractors, and the QSs and commercial managers who work for them. Typical cases are an unpaid application, a final account that won’t close, or variations the main contractor won’t agree. If you’re a claims consultant, see below.
How a case works
You send what you have. Usually the contract, the last few applications and any notices or emails about the dispute. A shared folder is fine.
I go through it and send you a short written assessment, normally within a week.
If there’s a claim worth making, we agree the next step with you: a letter, a meeting, or adjudication.
For claims consultants
I’m looking for one or two UK claims consultants to work with. I’d take on the reading, the chronology and the notice checks, and you’d keep the client and the judgement. The first case is free, so you can see the quality before deciding anything.
